Control
System Design
Cali-Tech
is experienced in all phases, from concept through
completion, of control system design for Distributed
Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers
(PLC), SCADA Systems, loop controllers, Human Machine
Interface Software (HMI) and the systems integration of
all necessary components to complete the project.
Project
Management

Boiler
Control Systems

provides turnkey boiler control including combustion,
feedwater, steam temperature, and burner management
systems. We will provide design, installation, checkout,
commissioning and tuning. Our boiler control technicians
will characterize the system to provide optimal fuel/air
ratios and excess oxygen trim to insure the highest
obtainable efficiency. Our unique approach can result in
a "mini DCS" providing CRT operator interface
with alarming and shift, daily and monthly reports at
reasonable cost.
Calibration
Services
Cali-Tech’s
professionally staffed calibration and testing laboratory
provides repair and N.I.S.T. traceable calibration for
all types of electrical, pneumatic and dimensional
measurement equipment. We also offer a complete repair
and calibration service for torque measuring devices.
Cali-Tech also offers its customers a full service
product testing laboratory.
Cali-Tech’s
Metrology Laboratory is compliant with the specifications
of MIL-STD-45662A, ISO9000, ISO guide 25, Nuclear
Regulatory Commission 10 CFR 50, and ANSI/NCSL 2540-1.

Testing
Laboratory
Our
product testing lab has four environmental test chambers
ranging in size from 3 cu/ft to a large 8H X 8W X 20D
chamber. Cali-Tech, Inc. has the Capability to test for
the following.
Temperature
and Humidity -200deg. F to 500deg. F and 0 to 100%
humidity. Over and under voltage, over current, high and
low frequency, spikes and surges. and endurance testing
of mechanical devices (switches, and other mechanical
devices) and salt spray.
